Since the black bean and sweet potato burrito was my recipe of the month, I think I have to say that my product of the month is the brown rice tortilla that I use to wrap the ingredients. Not only is it great for the burritos but it can be used as a wrap for salads, as a quick pizza-like base, or even for nachos when your out of chips! (see picture below)

This product is SOOOOO GOOD! I eat one in the morning at least 4 times a week. It makes a great breakfast burrito! I use Egg Beaters because, according to my allergist, I was starting to get an allergy to egg yolk. With Egg Beaters I don't have to worry because it's made of egg whites..... Anyway, I am in heaven when I prepare my breakfast burrito with the tortilla, Egg Beaters, cheese, and Boar's Head chicken or turkey deli slices (their lower sodium options). It's a great way to start the day!!!.... (I stick to lower sodium options when I can because I find that many gluten free products have a higher sodium content than their counterparts. We have to watch that intake as well!)
