100 Calorie Snacks

If you've been keeping up with my blog, you know that March is national Nutrition Month and nutrition is important regardless of whether you are gluten-free or not. It's also important to maintain proper weight, get the proper nutrients for your body to stay healthy and prevent cardiovascular disease. Eating more fruits and veggies is not only good for you but it fills your tummy in a low calorie way! 1 cup of carrots fills my stomach fuller than a single serving of tortilla chips and is much better for me.
